How To Protect Your Writings On Social Media

Sharing your writings online is a great way to find like-minded people and potential customers. But before you make an online presence you have to think about how you're going to protect your written art, because unfortunately there are people out there who will use your content as their own. Keeping people from stealing your work is almost impossible, but by adding your information to your posts (on for example Instagram or Facebook) you make it harder to share for fraudsters plus the readers will know who made the original post.

Examples are:

  • a watermark

  • a logo

  • your name, date and/or the copyright sign ©
