Ingredients
1 cup of almond or coconut milk
2 teaspoons of turmeric
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of ginger
a pinch of black pepper
a splash of honey (optional)
Heat the milk in a small saucepan, add the herbs, whisk by hand and let it simmer till it's about to boil. Pour into a mug, add some honey if desired and enjoy!
